For your convenience, Cali Finance has created a step-by-step guide to help you navigate through our products and services.

Please follow the steps below.
Step 1
If you know which service(s) or product(s) you need, please click on the service(s) or product(s) that you need on the "Horizontal Menu" located at the top of the page.

You will see service(s) or product(s) of our partners as well on each page.
You can apply, check your rate, etc. by following the instructions on each page.
Step 2
If you are looking for loans provided by our lending partners, please click on the "Loans" Tab located at the top of the page.
Step 3
For service(s) or product(s) provided solely by Cali Finance, please continue on.
Step 4
For consultations, please refer to the "Consultation" Tab. You will able to book an appointment. All initial consultations are free of charge.

For loans, please send us an email with your request at info@califinancegroup.com or reach us through our "Contact" page.
​
Please send us your first & last name, contact information, and the type of loan you are looking for (ex. personal, business, auto, or other types of loans) .

Step 5
After you send us an email with a loan request, we will reach you through email with an application.
​
Please fill-in on all the blank spaces of the application with all the supporting documents. All the supporting documents you need to send us will be located under the "Supporting Document Checklist" on page 2 of the application.
Step 6
When we receive all the necessary documents, the underwriting process will begin. Our team will review your application and all the necessary documents for approval. We may ask for more documents anytime during this process.

* A loan application can be approved as quickly as 1-2 business days but only if we have received all of the needed documents. The faster you give our team the document the faster we will be able to start working on your approval.
Step 7
Within 1-2 business days or 7 business days (latest), we will email you our decision.

If approved, Congratulations! We will send you a loan contract and go over the terms and conditions of the contract. After the overview of the contract, you will be asked to sign the loan agreement/contract.
Step 8
Your loan will be funded via ACH Deposit or by check depending on our discretion.
Step 9
Your payment will be in Autopay but if you hope to opt out, you may let us know.

Your payments could be made in our payment portal www.calilend.com or www.calilendmerchantadvance.com after registering for an account.
Step 10
Done!

*After paying off your first loan with us, you do not need to fill-out an application again unless any of the information has been changed and needs updating.
​
*We also guarantee a lower interest rate and higher loan amount for every new loan that was solely serviced through and by Cali Finance.
